Board of DirectorsThe Board of Directors for the HOA consider and oversee neighborhood activities, projects, and plans. Directors are elected each year at the Annual General Meeting and serve in a volunteer capacity. The current Board of Directors includes the following individuals and their respective areas of concentration:

Gate Committee
The Gate Committee overseas the gate application, design, functionality and access controls.
Beautification Committee
The Beautification Committee is developing a 10-year plan for the development of common spaces within the neighborhood. They also oversee the routine landscaping in the area.
Compliance Committee
This group responds to concerns around non-compliance with covenants and legal matters impacting the neighborhood.
Marine Committee
The Marine Committee considers marine markings, canal water quality and other such marine impacts to the community.
Security Committee
The Security Committee overseas security related matters, including relationships with our Community Police Officer, security service provider and Neighborhood Watch group.
